A small update to my illustration section. I also updated some of the images and made them larger. I added a character design set to the illustration section, check them out. At the moment I am studying the human figure and anatomy, so that I may take my painting and drawing to the next level. Wish me luck :)

Here are two new pieces of work that I did in Photoshop CS5. I am starting to understand the way the new mixer brush behaves and here are some pretty neat effects you can achieve with it. It has the potential to make an image look as if it was done completely traditionally. I've have also been experimenting with a lot of custom brushes, which you can see in my latest piece, there are some sweet effects you can achieve with the proper brush and it also saves a lot of time :)
In other news, I got a sweet deal on a used Cintiq 21ux, and it has been treating me very well. I hope I will be creating some awesome work with it! It makes digital painting a lot more enjoyable.Larger images found in the Illustration Section

A new website design! The entire website was developed using css and the use of "lightbox2" an awesome script for displaying your images. I'm finishing up a new piece and will be uploading it shortly. Also I am very excited about the new Photoshop CS5 painting tools, there are some cool things I'm going to be experimenting with in the near future. Stay tuned for some new and exciting stuff :)
